Don’t die-yet. I’ve got a fruitful way to look slimmer!
I’m endowed with quite a slim body which i don’t need to perform lipo on, thank cheesus.
However, whenever i do a photoshoot, the photographer will still need to avoid angles that will make me look chubby. To be honest with you, i’ve tried many, many methods in order to desparately lose that bit of chubbiness. These methods include some insane diet plans, crazy exercise plans, and some useless slimming gel. First of all, i’m the glutton of all gluttons. I can never go with meal replacements, starvation, or calorie crunching. NEVER. If a guy thinks about sex every five minutes, i think about food every five seconds. Besides, i’m so hopelessly lazy that the only exercise i do is munch on cheese.
The time i need to lose that bit of weight is typically before a photoshoot or a show. So i need a really quick remedy. Unfortunately, i cannot starve myself (as that is the fastest way ever to lose weight, just hope you don’t pengsan and fall flat on your boobs) because i have an IBS (irritable bowel syndrome, very irritating indeed) problem. It gives me constipation and i’ll look so bloated like a cheese balloon. Starving will give me bad gas and make me bloat, which makes me even fatter.
Until i discovered my Ultimate Diet…
I really feel that it’s better than the other typical weight loss procedures, because it’s so simple and doesn’t come with any significant restrictions.

Casey: There are two packages in a box, each about 12 plums. If your problem is only constipation, you can take one to two plums. If you want to lose weight, eat 3-4. Currently i’m taking 3, or 2 a day, for about a month already. And will still continue to eat.

I have exactly the same problem as you have. I cannot starve myself either. It’s very very suffering and painful (not only look fatter *grr*) when the tummy bloated.

Zoe: My IBS is constipation (type C), so i take this med called Zelmac. But if you have diarrhoea, you can’t take Zelmac. For bloating you can try Cuplaton or Duspatalin, both have the same effect.

IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). You are one of the few people I know who have this problem. Mostly only happen to females. No medicine can actually cure this desease but just to relieve it. Just keep an eye at the things you eat and yoga helps a lot to relieve stressful life that leads to IBS too.

Nah, I actually heard that plums really are good for your health even though losing weight was new to me. My way to keep fit is a healthy diet (lots of proteins, enough but not too much carbs, only the good healthy fats, vitamins, creatine, glutamine, amino acids, loads of water, etc etc), cheesical (or was it physical) training (both aerobic and anaerobic: gym, martial arts, dancing etc), and enough sleep. Actually, eating only the good fats (omega 3, 6 and so on) in proper amounts, drinking water and avoiding bad fats and white sugar can help you lose weight quite effectively.
Or, if you want to do something sick, you could do like one woman in Columbia who bought some kind of a living worm (that you might get from eating rats or something) that she then ‘ate’ or swallowed, and the worm made her bowels its home and ate everything fatty so that the woman became and stayed rather thin and could still keep on eating junk food as much as before. But at some point the worm started to make her feel ill, and it had to be removed surgically. At this point, the worm had grown to the size of a small snake. So getting and staying thin is one thing. Eating worms quite another.
And having been a glutton myself, I can say that with some self-discipline and small effort, you can always change your way of life to what will yield results and what will still leave you happy with not having to give up all the good things in life. And you might even discover that healthy things can also be good. :}
But thanks for the tip, gotta try some plums! I do seriously hope, though, that those are not the same I ate in Tibet last year. Cause they looked a lot like those in the pic above. And were harder than diamonds. Man, I had to chew them for something like 15 minutes to finally get them soft enough for swallowing! But I could still give those a try. Although I think they don’t sell dried plums like that here in Finland (at least not that I know), not even in the health food shops or pharmacies. But I guess normal fresh plums should also do the trick.. Or even if they didn’t.. well, they’re still yummy! =b
