Nick - quote:
"I do not refer to all, but a number of Malaysians are just….well unwilling to listen to others and are a selfish lot. IT IS JUST SO DIFFICULT TO EDUCATE THEM, EVEN ON COMMON SENSE. I am not perfect, but I believe I am better off than most."

Yes, unfortunately it is a world wise/wide issue... but, that can be looked at a couple ways. :)
Anyhow - It is difficult to educate, one of the hardest things to do. but Common sense and some love go a long ways. Also a reason this world needs more teachers, of all kinds...
And, yes. It can be good, to be "off" - if it's better!
Peace~

I love sleeping in on rainy afternoons. :D

Timothy: Sorry to hear about that. My area is pretty dangerous too, fortunately nothing like that has happened.

Thanks John!

A very good comment there :). Maybe cursing is not the appropriate way. But if I am to go on picking their rubbish, trust me, in Malaysia, you would spend an eternity.

I do not refer to all, but a number of Malaysians are just....well unwilling to listen to others and are a selfish lot. IT IS JUST SO DIFFICULT TO EDUCATE THEM, EVEN ON COMMON SENSE. I am not perfect, but I believe I am better off than most.

Just how difficult it is to keep your own rubbish to yourself? ironically, they are the same bunch of people who gets upset when others throw rubbish into their territory, while they themselves are doing the same!

Beats me! :(

Yes, thank you for the translation sheon! Not versed in many languages, but do have a talent for accents and learning to understand people quickly. Hmm, another idea... so many and so little time in the day!

"Looking at all the discernible silhouettes in your room, you wait for your night ship in the darkness."
I Like this line... this is where Foghorn Leghorn, knows what to do.

Was saying how it had not rained here in awhile yesterday... well it went from mid 60's and sunny yesterday to heavy rain, sleet, and now probably 2 inches of snow today. I had to open my mouth didnt I? lol!

NickLJF - Thank you also, peace to you. +
I definately can relate to your feelings there. Throwing garbage on the ground really gets me too. It is something I never do, anywhere.
For me it could be compared to an animal that drops where it eats. Same concept.

But, and this is not always easy to do at first... instead of being upset or sad like I get, hold those thoughts and ask for forgiveness for them. Also... picking it up after them can be satisfying.
This is a more positive way to effect the situation, for you - and them. First though, should be forgiving yourself - once you feel better (in time, or soon) asking on behalf for others is much easier. As for harm, it harms you when you see it and let it effect yourself.. But it harms them more, even if you don't see it.
This is why it is good to ask forgiveness rather than put more on them. We were all put here for a reason, and to clutter the earth with trash is not that reason. No thing passes unnoticed by God. We are to be weightlifters, not burdens.
Just touching this topic has made me want to write more tonight... thank you again :) I have written some on prayer, and various topics: most are lost in forums, papers over time.
More recently began in earnest to save my works in copy as I plan to write a book or two very soon.

Some rest a long time, but to go to sleep troubled - is to wake with a heavy heart.

Any way... -> Peace be upon You.

nick & tim : at the rate they're going.....in 5-10 years time....malay language will be very similar with english.........for instance "keluarga" meant "family" 2 years ago...now its "famili"! so....no need to learn malay......hahahaha

all inconsiderate acts must be condemned! littering.....road hogging....traffic weaving...inconsiderate parking.....driving with hazard lights on.......mugging....bullying.... very sickening.....

sex-crimes have nothing to do with how a women dresses up! when girls in tudung, girls in school uniform, little kids in kiko outfits are also victims to the perverts, how does that statement hold true? if somehow that statement becomes law.....could i say i can rape a woman in bikini at a beach...and i will carry no guilt?
hunt all the sex-criminals down and let them rot behind bars!

Peace John. I might sound cruel but I curse people everytime they do inconsiderate things. Example is people simply throwing rubbish from their car to the roads or driving recklessly.

Sometimes I wish they would be "resting at a place where people can pray them". At least they wont bring harm to others then.

Thanks sheon for the translation :)

Timothy - Don't feel bad, you had something with which you wanted help with, and when you reach out: you may recieve in. Asked on my own for you and your cousin, plus passed the word for healing. This is no crime. Prayers work best when there is more intent.

Is that Dax, marks the spot? :) ty +, for your "observation"

Nick - I agree, it is not the womens clothing. In this case it may only have been lack of money as she was "only" robbed. (thankfully, if painfully) But "sexy" clothing is no excuse for other non good intentions and lack of self control for others. Granted...self control can be rough, :) but there is a line - that must not be crossed. One may push limits, but know limitations also.

Can you translate that "Mahu saya Tolong" and "Tolong cepat bagi saman" in english?
My ehm... what language is that anyway? Just curious...
