Yummy! Cheese!! Lots of them! But cheese business is serious business, hence that serious look on everyone’s face. Also standing near the maturing chamber won’t make one self to mature as well. Lastly cheesie, you should take care yourself from this cheese mania. You might end up looking like most cheese lovers out there.

hmm, you should try this type of cheese called camembert. it’s seriously very good.. when you cut it, the cheese will just ooze out.. heavenly i tell you.
and goat’s cheese is rather nice too. of course there are some which are really pungent.. but most of them taste great!
