You may have heard of the apparel brand Toki Choi, because it’s super popular in Taiwan and internationally.  It is founded in 2004 by Mayuki Chen, a 21 year old who wanted to bring a wide selection of afforable stylish apparels to dress all girl at all ages, and to pamper all fashionista inside them.

There are 4 brands under Toki Choi, i’ll briefly introduce them!

Some of the latest arrivals:

Toki Choi

Created in 2004, the brand name derived from Japanese “Tokiyo” and English “Choice”, meaning “the best choice of the time”. TokiChoi targeting younger girls between 15 to early 30, providing wide array of lively, casual, “girls next door” clothing.

Mayuki

Created in 2008, the brand targets more matured ladies, providing clothing that is sophisticated, metropolitan and elegant, perfectly suited for career women in the modern society (perfect for the OLs!), gentle but not without attitude, modern but not without elegance.

Yoco

Yoco targets the little princesses in every girl. It is feminine, dreamy, often embellished with laces and ribbons, tailored to pamper all romantic souls.

My favorite of all 3 is Toki Choi!! It has a very dynamic street-style that’s very casual yet edgy, and super affordable. They are mostly basic pieces you can mix and match for everyday wear.

Here are some of my coordinate with a mix of different brands.

Coordinate 1

Grey sweater and green bottom from Tokichoi. A splash of navy and forest green, complemented with a dab of earth brown is perfect for that winter mood.

Coordinate 2

White oversized white sweater from Mayuki. Love how simple and versatile this piece is! Goes well with almost any color, perfectly paired with denim skinnies or jeggings and even leather if you are feeling adventurous.

Coordinate 3

Green knitted dress and collared felt autumn/winter coat from Toki Choi (also comes with a belt for added wasitline, but i like to wear it loose!), and inner knit dress from Mayuki. You will probably not need this in Malaysia or Singapore but if you are planning a winter holiday, it makes a great affordable outer!

Coordinate 4

V neck knit top from Toki Choi and denim midi from Mayuki .  A casual and feminine coordinate for a collage day or an afternoon cafe date!

Coordinate 5

Grey border bodycon dress from Mayuki if you are feeling lady-like for a weekend out! Throw on that denim jacket (from Toki Choi) for an added edginess and it keeps you warm in the cinema too!

KODZ

KODZ is the latest addition to the brand created in 2012! Utilizing only the best materials, fabricating in top notch Taiwan apparel facilities, Kodz features line-ups that are simple, fashionable, daring and confident.

Do note that KODZ is only exclusively featured in Rakuten Singapore.

A totally different setting of mood. Every career woman needs to have a piece of two in her wadrobe as the staple work wear.

Just throw on some accessories and the simplest classic piece and be useful for corporate function and dinner party!
