This is the second part of my Weddingmoon in Santorini, and it is the actual ceremony!
A few of you were very shocked to find out it was a wedding ceremony just for the two of us and sound like were are both orphaned and have no friends lol. Foreveralone. Ok la at least we foreveralone together lolol. I’m fine with that hahaha.
Actually we have done it in Japan and Malaysia already, which is why this is a “Weddingmoon” for us!
So even if you want to have your ROM in your own country which all of us totally understand— tea ceremony, chee mui heng dai, i get it. Do everything your mother father gentleman style!! read more
The beginning of our Weddingmoon!
In our Wedding package, a tour in Athens and 2 nights accommodation is included! I was so glad we went there because first, it gives us some time to get used to the new time zone, and second, you won’t want to miss Athens if you go to Greece!
The first thing we saw was the travel book in our pick-up limo from airport.
It’s the exact same color as the danna’s Greek hair.
From the roof top of our hotel in Athens.
It has a direct view of the Acropolis. I was like omg this is too awesome!! Of course, until i arrived in Santorini haha. read more
Haro, this is the first part of my Weddingmoon story in Santorini with the danna.
We have already had our wedding in Japan with his family, a small dinner in Seremban with my family, and then, third time’s the charm, we decided to have the third wedding in Santorini, just the two of us.
Sunrisegreece was our Weddingmoon planner/organizer, and Amie from the company have been talking to me for over half a year just to plan this wedding. Sometimes i feel that i am getting married to her wtf. Because we decide things together while the danna just has to show up at the wedding and do what he is told to do. read more
Hello from Greece!
I don’t have a lot of time with the internet but here are some photos! (as seen on my Instargram! If you want more instant update please follow me @cheeserland ^^)
The first Weddingmoon destination for us is Greece! Despite whatever everybody says about it being a poor country and dangerous etc, what i experienced here so far was pure beauty and nice people!
What’s poor is people’s judgement for things they don’t at all know.
I was in Athens a few days before flying to Santorini! read more
I had to come up with a theme for my Weddingmoon. (yea i almost forgot i still have a wedding to deal with!)
We have done it the Japanese-Catholic way, the Chinese-Yaaaaaamseng way, and then for our Weddingmoon, we just wanted it to be as relaxed as possible.
Amie from SunriseGreece pretty much is planning and organizing everything for me. I am the most chilled and stress-free bride in the whole world.
Once in awhile she will shoot me an email to ask me what is my favorite color for flowers, any food allergy, is there any favorite songs of ours, etc. I didn’t have to fuss over any big decisions. She is so amazing that (i suspect she also flipped my blog archive upside down) she knows exactly the kind of person i am (don’t like the sun, fav cheese is Feta, don’t drink much but love fancy pink champagne wtf. She probably also knows how many cavities i have. That’s the thing about blogging about private life so publicly lol), so she plans according to it. read more
Short update on my travel schedule! During CNY the danna and i will be going to Gold Coast Australia for a short trip (mainly for him to surf and for me to sleep in a campervan. all. the. time. I hate summer T__T).
And then end of March we have booked our ticket back to Tokyo! Yay! For sakura! Yay yay yay!! Last year April i saw the most beautiful scene ever in my life during sakura full bloom, and i made myself a promise to go back every year for this miraculous season, also bday present for myself 😀 read more
The kareshi (now danna) and i had our church ceremony on 24th December last year in Nagasaki, his hometown.
It was a long journey for us and some of his family and relatives who came all the way for us.
Thank you so much.
Next Saturday i will be having a small family dinner too in my hometown, Seremban this time.
After all the kin duty, we decided that we will be having another wedding, just for the two of us. This time in Santorini.
Japan, Malaysia, Greece.
I’m probably the only person i know who fly to 3 countries to be married 3 times lol. Luckily it is to the same person. What to do, i love this man so much i can’t marry him enough. read more
