In conjunction with the Hungry Ringhost Festival, there’ll be new movie creeping into cinemas soon.

A vengeful ghost (with long and beautiful, yet painful nails) is terrorizing the land in search of the perfect fondue, which was an unfulfilled desire during the time she was still alive.

During a certain time of the year, she visits the restaurants which didn’t cater to her cravings for the perfect fondue. She became a vengeful spirit after committing suicide, from all the grief and anguish she faced from being deprived of that tantalizing, mouth-watering perfect fondue.

Oh, how she despised the restaurants for not putting enough effort to work on a fondue which is flawless. All they cared about was making quick money, and not perfecting the art of the fondue.

However, there is one restaurant which has saddened her so much that she haunts it with a ferocity unlike any other. This restaurant, which specializes only in fondues, did not even listen to her heart-rending pleas to create the perfect fondue. She feels that the fondue restaurant is a travesty to the sacred craft of fondue, and thus she bears a grudge with the owner, Miss Fun Do. Now, it is up to Miss Fun Do to deal with the immediate threat of the ghost…Will she finally fulfill the ghost’s desire, or try to exorcise it for not understanding the fundamentals of a capitalist society?

But what can one hangry (hungry + angry) ghost do all by her lonesome? She is ready to wage a war… with the help of HER OFFSPRING!

Starring Midori Ringo, Pinku Ichigo, and Chiizuko Kowaii, The Curse of Chiizuko is sure to make your spine rattle with fear, and at the same time, maybe even teach you a thing or two about the art of fondue.
