We drove to Kyoto and met our host Katou.
Sweetest guy! Very soft spoken, very gentleman.

Had tea by the park.
Macha and some dessert with red bean.
With gold on it!!
Black sesame Dango. Very very nice!
Next we walked for lunch. The weather was very good. Cold but warm with sunlight. Dunno how to explain. If you have experienced winter you will know.
After 11 years. The one place in the world i wanted to visit the most.
And i am here. (Check out my flag! Wahahha sorry i can’t get over that just yet.)
Proper blog post. Please gimme some motivation it’s so hard to blog on his 10 year old computer. Internet is fast but PC itself is lagging like constipation. But here you go, 40 over pictures of what happened since i arrived Nara.
Apart from the long Nenmatsu holiday, the rest of the days i live normally. Work (from home), go for lunch, rest a little, cuddle a little (very cold), go for dinner, shop in Combini (i love it. Japanese convinience store is freaking amazing. And i started this Ringo collection. Everything apple flavored its super good), go back cuddle summore (colder at night), sleep. read more

The day before we were busy playing with our Dell Inspiron Mini 9. Since there’s ni wifi in her apartment, we were glad we brought our Dell there. Because it’s the first mini laptop with built-in HSPA modem!
Curious how it works? See you only need a Maxis 3G sim card, and you can go online anywhere, whenever you want! read more
This is Matsumoto, Nagano.
There are snow mountains all around. And it feels really surreal.
The temperature in Nagano is slightly lower than other places like Tokyo and Osaka. It rained a little these two days, but no snow yet. I think it’s about 5 degree during day time and -2 at night but it feels super nice! Not too cold!
This is Nakamura family’s house in Matsumoto. It’s just like Snow White’s wooden house. Very fairy-tale like!
Yuriko has two kids, Ai and Kai. The entire house is flooded with their toys. read more

Basically. I work from home. So yea.
Pay credit cards online, pay internet bills online shop online, top up phone online, chat with friends online, if only i can pee online too because sometimes i get so engrossed in funny conversations with (whoever, you know you are!) i refuse to get up and go to the toilet so my bladder end up very miserable but i guess that’s probably too much information for you before lunch so yea, as i was saying…
Oh ya. Internet.
Today i just found out something new online. I feel so… achieved. I’m yet one step closer to becoming a flabby mass of morbidly obese pea brained homosapien from Walle. read more

But today i was teaching in Matsumoto’s Nakayama Primary School and gave a talk about Malaysia!!! And they asked me lotsa questions with a curious yet serious face, including:
“Does it snow in Malaysia?”
“Does Santa Claus go to Malaysia?”
“Really? What does Santa wear? Surfing clothes?”
“Malaysia and China, which one is dirtier?”
“Doesn’t it hurt to hold a Durian?”
“Durian and Rafflesia, which one is smellier?”
“Do Malaysian also have the same blood types as Japanese?” read more
