Most of you probably know that Rakuten is the biggest online shopping mall in Japan.
You can see all the brands are always so proud to advertise that they are ranked No.1 in Rakuten, so it has set the standard in Japanese shopping industry! I myself shop from Rakuten Japan all the time when i stay in Japan because it is just too convenient! I buy Junya’s milk powder, baby food, clothes and other household items there. As a mother you just don’t have the time to head down to the malls all the time. Unfortunately Rakuten Japan only ships to Japanese addresses 🙁
But….. Rakuten is now here in Malaysia!!
It carries a diverse mix of product categories, including fashion apparel and accessories, health and beauty products, consumer electronics, toys and games and home furniture.
Why shop in Rakuten?
Rakuten’s motto is “Shopping is Entertainment”. Shopping is not just getting what you want, but to have an enjoyable experience and at the same time discover more exciting range of quality products!
Another huge benefit of shopping at Rakuten instead of a regular shopping mall is its Rakuten Super Points reward programme, a loyalty program which rewards members with points that can be used like cash to offset their next purchase. (1 Rakuten Super Points is worth RM1)
That’s really a great saver!! Honestly i have soooo many shopping malls loyalty card but in the end i just stopped using them because it takes forever to accumulate points and after two years you get to exchange those points for an umbrella or something lolol.
So my first purchase with Rakuten Malaysia was from Nattacosme.
I was very intrigues by the “Egyptian Magic Cream” that is said to be a scar healing and used to treat skin rashes.
I actually suffered a mysterious outbreak of rashes after coming back from Hawaii T____T. I went to the doctor but medication was limited for me as i am still nursing Junya. Every day i just had to deal with an unbearable itch and i’m getting scratch scars all over my arms and legs T_____T.
Egyptian Magic is an all-natural skin cream made from six of nature’s most powerful moisturizing and healing ingredients including bee wax, bee pollen, honey, etc. Lots of celebrities including Kate Hudson are fans of the cream!
I am on herbal medication now for my rashes but the cream did help a lot!! It really soothes the itch almost instantly and at the same time moisturizes my skin.
Other things i got are Thayers toners and astrigents in different scents because it is recommended on the website and there’s also a promotion going on.
The toner is alcohol-free with Witch Hazel and Aloe Vera that revitalizes the skin with a gentle, soothing formula.
My favorite is Lavender scent!
I also like to soak the cotton pad in the toner and use it ask a quick hydrating mask.
There is a special promo for all Cheeserland’s readers!!

Hi Cheesis, is is okay for Malaysian baby to have Japaneses formula? As I know their formula does not contain iodine which Japanese government already add in water supply. My baby used to drink ICREO and during that period she always had swollen eyes… I’m not sure if it’s caused by the lack-of-iodine formula but I waived ICREO immidiately. Now my baby is drinking local fomula and her eyes are just fine.
Oooh I use Thayer’s too I love it! Smells so nice, and so good for the skin ❤️
