I love Ratatouille so much i watched it again.

After the movie, i went to the supermarket and bought…

Strawberries and cheese.

Remember this scene in Ratatouille, where Remy took a bite of the strawberry then cheese, and there were fireworks lighting up in the background??! (Speaking of which i got conned all the way to Putrajaya to watch a mere 4 minutes of fireworks. But all gorgeous. 🙂 )

Waaaa i really wanted to try that wei! I think Remy tastes great! has got great taste!

I bought some Driscoll’s and Young Dutch Edam. I dunno la, never tried strawbies with edam before, kancheong! Cuz normally they only serve grapes and dried fruits with the cheese platter.

Here’s my experiment!

The strawbie was quite petite.

Hmmm! I can feel a slightly soft, delicate, twinkling ripple. Like biting into a yummy baby’s skin. Muahaha.

Then bits of sparkling sourness kicks in. Shiok.

Okay now lemmi try the young, handsome edam.

Edam in Spanish is queso de bola, literally ‘ball cheese’. LOL so cute!

Hmm… i feel an upbeat, tangy swirl of flavor at first bite, then circles of nottiness nuttiness pop up here and there…

Now it’s time to combine the two!

I know mild edam is good with fruits. But i never tried it before! *anxious*

Whoaaa… i feel a bursting sense of euphoria, like a medley of exciting flavors that suddenly ignites a fire.

*bites more*

The magic of fusion. The fireworks climax.

Suddenly. I thought of Remy.

Yes i feel you, Remy. The surrealistic fireworks that sparkle and dance around you. Yes yes Remy, you’re the greatest cook of all. I love you Remy. Would you come home with me and cook for me for the rest of your life? And i shall repay you with a life time supply of expensive cheese of your choice.

Marry me Remy! (Eh.. Tongue twister?!) I’m a good rat too! Who loves cheese!

Ok. I was just overly exaggerating every single alphabet in this entry. Ignore me please. Now go back to work, or book ticket for Ratatouille. Thanks.
