Bebek… Bebek!

June 30, 2008

Sounds so much cuter than quack quack! 😀

null
BBDDD Haha. Next time I’ll use this abbreviation to refer to this wonderful restaurant in Ubud, Bali.

how come BBDDD ah? becos this place is always invaded by muddy and dirty ducks from paddy fields during its construction. then lo and behold when the registrar of companies ask him what to name his restaurant, he got so irritated by them that he shouted “DIRTY DUCKS” ma liddat lo.

null
Restaurant very beautiful! These are like little lighted ponds filled with flowery petals, nice right read more

It is really quite sad

June 27, 2008

To have to eat alone.
And that it’s raining.
And that there’s no cab to go home.
And that to have walked around in circles and passed by the same places for at least ten times before deciding to come back to Starsucks, sit at the same place and order the same thing.

Oh. And that I got FFKed by the broadband guy.
And that I am blogging for the second time today because I really can’t make up my mind if I should go home. Provided I do manage to catch a cab, of course.

And all of a sudden having a whole place to yourself doesn’t sound that attractive anymore. read more

And he’s got huge coconuts like Keju

And the said thief proceeded to snatch Keju’s pen.

Internet in new home

June 26, 2008

I moved in to my new house. Everything is wonderful except that my curtains are made of manila cards. Three Roman blinds are going to cost me RM1122. Can you believe it?

Apart from that 38 items I needed (you to buy for me), there’s something very very lacking in my home cheese home.

INTERNET!

God I have such a hard time when it comes to choosing broadband service. I can’t even remember the number of times I blogged about my internet connection without sounding like an erupting volcano. read more

Car, Petrol and House

June 21, 2008

No matter what I blog I end up offending someone. So let’s talk about something boring and mundane today. Like, I had KFC for lunch today. It’s oily and unhealthy. Ok scrap that. KFC will feel offended.

Talk about petrol hike can gua. Everyone is already offended by it. Plus, petrol is not sentient. It won’t get offended. So I guess it’s relatively safe.

I cancelled my car order. God I just again offended someone. Now there’s one angry car dealer more on this planet.

For several reasons actually, that I cancelled the order. read more

Update: A brand new Coach sling bag for sale. Please visit Cheesie’s Wardrobe.

I had my hair dyed red.

Inspired by the Scarlett girls in Bali.

null

No la. Red isn’t even my favorite color. but hor i decided to give it a try, so what do you think?

null
no make up

null
made up

null
waaaaay too much make up

I came to realize to not be too certain about anything in life. Seven years ago i swore that i’d never do anything to my long, black hair. I won’t cut it for an ONS with Hugh Jackman, i would never ever perm it because i liked it silky straight, and i lagi never would dye it because i think it’s a very stupid thing to do, like smoking. read more

A day forgotten too

June 15, 2008

I can’t believe it happened to me. Twice. Two years in a row.

HH and I were eating some famous Asam Laksa at this Pasar Malam an hour ago. It was an exceptionally empty today. Normally it takes you 15 minutes standing beside the crowd drooling while waiting for a seat and another 20 minutes of waiting before your Laksa arrives. Today, 2 mintues later and we were downing steaming bowls of Laksa.

Two very old ladies came and sat beside us.

The Laksa was yummy.

HH nudged me lightly and whispered. read more

Roaring my way to Nuffnang Wild ‘Live’ Blogging

June 9, 2008

Wa so punny! I like. 😀

Speaking of wildness, i wonder if there’s such thing as wild cheese. See they got wild mushroom, wild berry, and even wild garlic. Since cheese is cultivated, if it is wild then it should come from a very exotic, undomesticated beast.

God i’m so good at digressing. Anyway! What am i going to wear for Nuffnang’s Wild ‘Live’ Blogging party!! For their Pirates Party i had a Pirate Costume, and for their Pajamas Party i had my PJs. Wild life wor. How? Good la if my name is Jane i can just go to the party naked. But i’m a cheese wor. Plus i don’t even know which altercheesego is going to take over that night. Like i say, i might be a confused mousie who thinks that she is a mutated bunny obsessed with cheese, or a obsessed bunny who thinks that she is a confused mousie mutated into cheese, or a confused cheese who thinks that she is a mutated mousie obsessed with bunnies. read more
