The first night in Bali we stayed in this villa Julia Roberts was staying in when she was filming her latest movie Eat, Pray, Love (best selling book by Elizabeth Gilbert).

Ubud Hanging Gardens is said to be the best accommodation in Ubud. And having been to bali for 3 times, i don’t doubt that.

My host parents in Sapporo brought me to the grandparent’s place, and the grandma has this gorrrrrrrgeous kimono. She spent 20 minutes helping me wear it.

My host dad was holding the camera for the entire 20 minutes. This is a 8X fast fwd video of the process.

Really, wearing kimono is an art.

So many fashion shows lately!

Just went to KLCC for So Soft, So Johnson‘s fashion show. I was really impressed with the stage setting and the whole concept, it really feels like you are in a fairy world. Lots and lots of pastel and satin.

To suit the theme perfectly, i used soft focus mode to capture all the photos.

I love the pink one the most!! Smells peachy and super super lovely! And also love the texture, almost like soft gel gliding through your skin, not oily at all. The past few days before i went to Nagoya castle it was freezing cold. Like, 8C or something. So when i brave myself to wear this out i was actually really, really worried.

But i always have the travel luck. The only day i had to walk 20 mins to the train station and go to Nagoya on my own (and a Malaysian friend Kate). It was BIG SUNNY.
