Part time loli

December 8, 2005

So i did go down to Bukit Bintang and check out the Xmas deco to compare with Orchard Road SG… with my adorable Lolita mui mui Aki. I’m so happy to have found you, really. =)

Today’s mission was to teman Aki shop for her Goli costume for the big event. At the same time i also needed to shop for my own Goli accessories and shoes.
And what’s more, this is my first ever date with my sakura mui mui. And we decided to be a part time Loli today. Cheers! =)

Gastronomy Therapy

December 8, 2005

Wanted to do these food reviews some time ago.
Eating, after all, is the best antidote for any poisonous ailment. But of course it comes with a price to pay.

Let’s see what made my days.

Marshmallow Melting Pot

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
This cocoa’s kao-ness is crazy. I think they freaking just pour super kao choco fudge instead of cocoa powder into the glass.
The kaoest hot choco I’ve ever tried. But it is very different.
It’s like a divorcing married couple.
In the glass, milk is milk, choco is choco. They won’t even melt in each other’s embrace even when stirred vigorously.
They refuse to reconcile because they don’t belong to each other.
Innocent little marshmallow kiddies are floating aimlessly on the foam, and waiting cluelessly to be devoured by desperation and greed. read more

Ming Dynasty Vase

December 7, 2005

LOL you are right la Arthurus.
When a vase is shattered it has no value oredi, be it a Ming Dynasty vase.
So what am I gonna do with the Ming Dynasty vase in powder form?
Sell it to you half price you want? Ok ok 70% discount, plus free delivery service.
Actually powder form easy to maintain ma. No need to clean also.
If you like make some vase tea with it also can. But it tastes bitter mind you first. =)

December 6, 2005

Since i’ve commited so many sins, like overeating then starving myself, and not sleeping until 2pm (which is a deadly sin, according to someone), i decided to do some good deed and so i unblock one fella each day. Let the kindness spread around before Xmas.

Today i unblocked Pretty Boy. And here he comes haunt me. (if you don’t know this fine standing cheesitizan, please click here.)

Where

December 6, 2005

I searched my way through
And discovered a lovely winding road
Is it less-travelled?
I coudln’t tell.
But i saw a maze of narrow winding streets
I walked and walked
Breathed in the whispers of emaciated mimosa
They shunned my inquiring look elusively
Refused to point me the way to Elysium
I lost my way
And panicked
Because i just found out that
It was a one-way path
A one-way path
That has no turning back
I’ve all along been walking on one-way paths
Where i see sign boards that say
“Dead End”
or
“Danger–Cliff Ahead”
I sat by the steep face and looked back
But there’s no way back to where i begun
So i let myself fall again
And felt my heart shattering into powder form

Singapore Escapade..

December 4, 2005

I’m back people! With a sore back (stupid 6 hours journey) , aching knees and thighs (danced too much), shoulder pain (stupid bus ride again!), super tired feet (too much walking), and a recovering flu.

Aloha KL. I’ll make my 6D5N stay in Singapore blog entry really short so that you don’t have to bear with my lousy writing. In fact it could be so short i can actually sum up the whole trip in one word–“crazy”. To be more precise, it should read “shopping in SG is absolutely crazy”. I’ll explain why later. But meanwhile i’m gonna bombard you with lotsa pix. So stop complaining and upgrade your bandwidth now. read more

Shopping Marathon

November 26, 2005

I absolutely believe in retail therapy. It’s the fatestest and most therapeutic way to temporarily ease one’s chronic depression.

And today is prolly the happiest day in November. Shopping marathon with Ichigo!

She came down mainly for the “CLEO 10 Hours Shopping Marathon”. We went to 1U by 10.30am, and came back 9.00pm. What do you think? We shopped an extra half an hour! I wonder that 10 and a half hours of walking (in heels!) equals to how long of intense running on the threadmill? It makes me feel less guilty about not hitting the gym these few days. read more

Dream Machine

November 25, 2005

Vanilla Sky totally overwhelmed me.

Watched it yesterday during my DVD marathon session. It’s a freaking confusing story, much much more confusing then Memento but i’m speechless after watching it. No, wrong, i actually have alot to say.

First of all, i have to say i’m completely smitten by Penolope Cruz. Poor Cameron pales in comparison. Totally kenot fight man. Penelope reminds me of someone really familiar. The way she speaks, acts and the way she manja-manjaly looks at you is like a total replica of someone. Then i found out that someone’s name is Shu Qi. Cute accent, innocent, the i-so-wanna-manja-you type. She is like the Spanish version of Shu Qi. read more

Desperate Heights

November 21, 2005

I’m back to Seremban. While mom occupies herself with Desperate Housewives disc 6 in the morning, I spend my afternoon watching disc 4. I think this is the so called generation gap. =)

It’s started getting a bit less fun watching Desperate Housewives. I just can’t focus on the story and I missed out lotsa jokes, because, I can’t take my eyes off Eva Longoria.
Yea she is absolutely gorgeous I heard you but that’s not the reason.

I’m obsessed with her height.

As you all notice, she is not tall. Now that’s just being extra politically correct. In fact, the more I watch the series, the more I think she is short, like, extremely. read more
