Pretty much sums up what we did the whole two weeks.

It was his kind of holiday.

Sea, wave, a surfboard, lots of beer, and zero itinerary.

Every day a different beach, riding different waves.

I was never trained to be an outdoor person (i hate the sun >.<), but coming to Australia makes me slightly envious of how people here can just chill by the beach or park or go on a skateboard or scooter or surfboard and look like they have the whole world and want nothing else. read more

So the danna and i are spending two weeks in Australia as we come here annually in February mainly for surfing (him) and relaxing (me).

The first night we arrived in Brisbane, we checked in to a motel near the airport where we spent 30 minutes murdering mosquitoes on the ceiling. (After that we had to wear our shoes in the room as it was quite hard to walk around without accidentally stepping on insect corpses.)

The second day, we drove to Gold Coast and checked into one of the best accommodations during our trip so far: QT Gold Coast Hotel at Surfer’s Paradise. We only planned on staying a night in Surfer’s Paradise but the room was so awesome we decided to extend another night! read more

Haven’t updated on EMODA coordinates in awhile!

When i knew that i got pregnant and was getting bigger everyday, i thought i was gonna give up my favorite clothes forever and start shopping at maternity shops and wear typical empire waist line big floral dresses T___T.

Every few other days there would be a few favorite bottoms i was shocked to discover i could no longer fit in anymore, and i did panic and think, how am i gonna survive the next 6 months or so?!?!

But then i remembered Ena was pregnant too and throughout her entire pregnancy she looked fabulous as usual. I was very puzzled and amazed at the same time how anyone can look SO good pregnant so i stalked her Instagram and downloaded all her pregnant coordinates and studied them one by one lol. read more

I’m probably considered quite open-minded when it comes to trying new fashion mix and match and coordinating, but one thing i’m still not quite good at is accessorizing, especially watch wearing.

If you scroll through my coordinate pictures you will probably see that i am mostly bare-wristed (bangles or any arm wear is almost impossible because of my chicken skinny wrist T___T). Also because watches can be an expensive accessory compared to necklaces or earrings so i thought i couldn’t afford a whole drawer of collection for all the different styles i have. read more

The danna really love the architecture there but i’m not so much an old building person so pretty much every city in Europe was kind of the same to me.

Took me a long time to write this post! (it is so long i may as well print a book.)

When it comes to pregnancy i was planning to keep it a secret for as long as i can so mum’s the word (lolol sorry can’t resist the pun opportunity), for several reasons: 1. just like everyone else, i was extremely paranoid during early pregnancy (is the baby’s heart still beating? How come i don’t feel pregnant anymore?! WILL COLD JUICES KILL THE FETUS???) so it’s best i wait till everything settles down before the announcement, and 2. announcing pregnancy is extremely stressful with a platozillion of different advices and opinions coming your way without you asking for one. read more

To pick up where i left off, we boarded a train from Frankfurt and arrived Paris at night.

An overview about Paris: I went there for the first time 7 years ago, and i didn’t really like it for various reasons, so i wasn’t too enthusiastic about it when we planned our Weddingmoon itinerary. But the danna was like no we are going to Paris so ok he had a point since Paris to Japanese people is like Tokyo to me. Fine. read more

I was so happy that PENTAX loves my fashion and wanted to do a concept shoot for the new PENTAX Q7. The camera has this really retro look yet funky in all its customizable colors, so we decided to go for the Retro Colorful theme and created 6 looks for this new series.

We won’t be going back to Japan for awhile so before we came back to KL we literally raided the whole supermarket lolol. Anyway the danna introduced me to some household items (including food!!) that changed my life forever.

So i thought i just wanna share a few things that made me go “HOW COME NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT THIS I REGRET THE PAST 20+ YEARS OF MY LIFE NOT KNOWING THIS EXISTS?!?”.

Some are available in local markets but some you can only fly them back from japan so next time you go, make sure you spare a luggage to load them full. read more
