There are so many pictures i haven’t blogged from my April trip to Tokyo.

This post is about my 18th birthday, for the 25th time in a row, which makes me 43, but i’m actually really about one third that age. Confused? Good.

Tokyo Kawaii TV flew me to Japan! Arrived on 1st April morning and did filming at Narita airport.

Was painfully cold the first day T___T.

I was in a down jacket and i looked ridiculous. Everyone on the street was all light trench coat or just a denim jacket to welcome the arrival of spring T___T. I felt like a giant fashion victim. read more

The first ever time i actually heard about Slim Walk was during Kawaii Of The World contest.

Every single day we had to wear high heels for more than 10 hours for filming (of course by choice, no one forced us to, we just wanted to look good on camera lol)

By the end of the day, our legs didn’t felt like they belonged to us anymore.

Today i want to promote not my dog, but my lao ma zi, whose Twitter account handle name is @cheddiee (because @cheddie is taken #darkface) so you now know how much this dog means to her.

I haven’t been reading her tweets because i follow too many people and too lazy to keep up but today i scrolled through her postings and i nearly laugh die me.

My blog may ask well be a Japan fan site.

Since i practically live here half the time now lol.But i notice every time i blog from Japan i’m more pensive than usual, maybe because staying there really made me think and changed me a lot. In many good ways.

As i learn more, i discovered more and more depressing social and economy issues here in Japan. One of the biggest problems is the rapidly increasing senior population because Japanese people are nearly immortal wtf. In the future there will be so many old people that there will be not enough people taking care of them. Whenever i see old people like 70 years old still driving taxi, or working as security guard out in the cold my heart froze in sadness. read more

One of the most potong stim things that can ever happen on a holiday, which frequently happen to me is period time.

PERIOD! Y U NO COME OTHER TIME??

(ok la to be fair i also travel like 3/4 of the times haha).

Frequent toilet visit is inconvenient and sometimes i was forced to wear the sanitary pad for a long period of  time :X (lolol pun!)

Which can be quite disastrous :X I’m not gonna elaborate :X

But it will dampen (hahaha pun again) the entire holiday mood and make you feel uncomfortable and unmotivated to do anything. Not to mention the funky odor you get after wearing the sanitary pad for a few hours. Worse still if there’s no toilet to go to while you’re traveling!! read more

Since we’re on the topic of dog food, i’m sharing some of the things that is supposed to be common sense but you will be surprised that a lot of people actually didn’t know about it!

My friend Terence texted me one day at midnight and asked if i know any 24 hours vet. I asked why, and then he told me that after playing with his dog he went to the balcony for a smoke, and when he came back the dog lies down on the floor not moving.

Apparently when Terence was not around he went and ate a whole pack of chocolate on the table and… died. Like within a few minutes. :X read more
