(Also if you are wondering why i have a heart/shape rib cage, it’s actually Hokkairo (heat pack) i stuck on the inside of my shirt because it is SO COLD. T___T My so called big heart is actually just a heat pack lololol)

Later i found out that it is actually plum blossom, not sakura. They bloom just a couple of weeks earlier than sakura. read more

Going off to the airport soon and i have 10 mins to spare for a quick update! 😀

After 4 months i’m going to Tokyo again!

The last time i went it looked like this.

And then autumn passed, winter flew by and now it is sakura full bloom in Tokyo already.

Last year i was there and it was the most beautiful scene i’ve ever seen in my life so there and then i promised myself to go back every year.

But my timing is a bit off T_T. Apparently this is the earliest bloom in 10 years, and last winter has also been one of the coldest, so i actually expected the cherry blossom will delay. read more

I had to come up with a theme for my Weddingmoon. (yea i almost forgot i still have a wedding to deal with!)

We have done it the Japanese-Catholic way, the Chinese-Yaaaaaamseng way, and then for our Weddingmoon, we just wanted it to be as relaxed as possible.

Amie from SunriseGreece pretty much is planning and organizing everything for me. I am the most chilled and stress-free bride in the whole world.

Once in awhile she will shoot me an email to ask me what is my favorite color for flowers, any food allergy, is there any favorite songs of ours, etc. I didn’t have to fuss over any big decisions. She is so amazing that (i suspect she also flipped my blog archive upside down) she knows exactly the kind of person i am (don’t like the sun, fav cheese is Feta, don’t drink much but love fancy pink champagne wtf. She probably also knows how many cavities i have. That’s the thing about blogging about private life so publicly lol), so she plans according to it. read more

To think about it it’s funny how my mom wanted me to be an author/journalist when i was little. I guess i have outdone her expectation since i have more than two readers now and i don’t have to go to war in Iraq.

She somehow really believes in that the pen is mightier than the sword, and that words can change people’s lives (i assumed she was also very into politics at that time).

And she bought me lots of story books, RM10 for 3 novels, and i sort of had this idea that story tellers are Gods. So i started to tell story about myself when i was 10. read more

Have you ever had a mole grown overnight on your face?

I have.

One day i woke up there’s just an extra dot on my face. I tried to wipe it off but unfortunately it just wasn’t a stain.

And then there are also some dark spots around the cheeks,maybe it’s the sun (been going outdoor more often because follow the danna to go surfing), or maybe it is just age T__T

When you all are around this age i guess you just have to make friends with dark spots and uneven skin tone. They are not going away. Just make peace with them. read more

Anyway the story is. One day i was cooking beef stew at home. And i unaccidentally (it’s not a real word, but it is now, because i just made it.) put too much thyme in the soup and it tastes like cow food. It’s a pot of irony. If you think about it.

So i sort of freaked out and i sought help from Oli, who is apparently living in a field in France, and who probably talks to plants all the time so he sounds like exactly the kind of person who can solve my soup drama. read more

Lately i have become very complacent with my life and generally believe that there’s nothing i should worry about and any problem will just sort itself out in the end. Lately i have been quite actively playing sports, and i must say that i’m quite good at it!!

The latest hobby is badminton actually, i have beaten almost 15 opponents just in one day !!

In fact i just paused my badminton championship battle just so i can write this blog post…

Actually it is just 3D Badminton.
