But it will be a good Christmas!

Jack has got sitches around his lips but he is still smiling okay. And there’s me. Smiling too.
Thank you.
I didn’t remember saying that.

So i promised to pamper myself regularly.
Especially after so much traveling. Everytime after i travel i sure get sick one. I have this post-travel complex. Bad skin, bad health, bad mood (cuz too many things to do, and i go bonkers when i have more than one thing that need my immediate attention).
So today i’m having a Garnier home spa!

Ingredient:
Garnier
Jim Brickman Ballads
One Fifth Avenue
I was thinking of aroma therapy also but the Garnier mask smells quite good so don’t waste ma. read more
So Yuriko had arranged the school visit on the second day. I did a bit of homework. Prepared some big ass posters of Malaysian fruits and the twin towers and stuff, some Rasa Sayang songs, and… nemai i would just make something up if i run of out things to talk about.
I don’t think anyone of them has ever been to Malaysia!

It looks just like how a school is in a Japanese drama. The shoe racks and all.

They had a request, though. They wanted me to speak in English or Malay (i was so glad i was given a choice, i was so afraid they wanted me to speak both) instead of Japanese because of the, you know, whole culture thing. read more
Ok. So the thing is, Yuriko is a great cook. No doubt. And she is very creative with food.

But.
I mean, this is totally not her fault. But.

Continue reading17th December 2008. I took a 3-hour train from Shinjuku to Nagano to meet my host family for the first time.

I enjoyed the journey very much. The scenery was the best i’ve ever seen through a train window.

Nagano is a mountain place. Colder than other big cities.

Snow mountains everywhere.
3 hours later i reached Matsumoto. And Yuriko was at the station waiting for me with her daughter Ai chan.

Just 1 minute after meeting me she was already posing for my camera. ^^

Going back home to the snow white house. If you remember. Neh, my attic bedroom which has a window that allows me to gaze at the shining stars in the nightsky lying on my bed. 🙂 read more
Ok i know i’m very suah ku because i only heard about it last week and you have prolly read like a million reviews about it and for a brief instant i felt ashamed that the moment i entered the restaurant i actually gasped in amazement that such wonderful place exists in a country called Malaysia (i must add, though, that i am more ashamed about the fact that i couldn’t decide if the source of my shame came from the suah ku bit or the unpatriotic bit).

Ok, before i comment on this fancy little restaurant/store, i’d like to point out a piece of infomation that has much disturbed me. read more
There’s really nothing to update but i’ll update anyway, because the lizard pic is real disturbing even *i* don’t feel like opening my blog. So i fast fast update lo. How about… my new hair? Yea that’ll be better than lizards.

It’s really confusing, i have like, a thousand pictures i need to blog: when i was having short hair in Shanghai, and pictures after my hair extension in Shanghai, then i have pictures of me with hair extension in Japan, and pictures of me after having my hair extension taken out in Japan, then i have pictures of Shanghai with my short wavy hair, and then i have pictures of my latest new hair extension in Shanghai, with the timing all jumbled up. So like, I can post two pictures and nobody could tell when they are taken. read more
I reckoned after so many yummy pictures of good food, it’s only fair i make you lose appetite.

It was the most disturbing thing i’ve ever seen in a kitchen sink.
The bugger was obesely pregnant. Its body was smooth and translucent with glowing pink intestines and wait a minute is that a freaking lizard egg?!?
And i suddenly thought of Xiaxue’s dramatic hatred for lizards and feeling extremely empathetic. They are srsly like one of the most disgusting things on earth.
So the fella won’t go anywhere except lying still like a corpse in my kitchen sink because i think it was too fat until cannot move and was about to give birth (what turf!!!) and i dunno what to do with it!!! read more

Wa you really think I will show you. Not a chance.
This is taken in Japan. For the first time I discovered the usefulness of fringe—It can conver up a very badly volcanoed forehead. (Then again I think because I have really oily hair, it contributes to my thus oily forehead, and little volcanoes on my forehead. Then you proceed to cover it with more fringe, which aggreviates more rupture on the surface. Gross.)
My skin became terribly dry when I went to Japan. I had to slab moisturizer every few hours just so my face doesn’t wither and become a raisin. Lips dry, and knees and toes itchy (I dunno why!!!!! I thought it was the Umeshu but apparently it is itchy until today!). read more
