Things i do for…

September 7, 2007

My marshie with 3 black dots.

null

I know. This blog is soon turning into a Cheddieland.com. But i don’t care. I’m going to continue obsessing about my baby until someone actually kills me with rat poison.

Anyway. Cheddie’s finished her vaccination and it’s time for heartworm pill.

null
So i bought one pack for her.

null
There’s six tablets in one pack, to be consumed over six months (reminder to self: next consumption: 5th October 2007).

And guess how much that cost me. read more

Chipster’s Ghost Stories

September 4, 2007

I’m joining a contest again!

null

The Chipster Contest.

The new potato chips from Twisties are really quite addictive. Love the sour cream flavor (though I think they really should’ve come up with cheeeese flavor!)

Anyway they have this “Nothing Else Matters” contest (erm, I think it’s supposed to be “noTHinG eLSe maTTeRs, whatever okay), where you are supposed to design a picture using their backgrounds to show the world how much you love Chipster.

And according to the website, the siao-er your idea is the better. read more

A marshmallow with 3 black dots.

September 3, 2007

That’s how people describe Cheddie.

null

Cheddie is now 4 months old. But she looks like she never grew a single bit (friends who haven’t seen her for a long time said she did, but to me she’s still that fluffy little furbaby i can hold up with one palm).

Remember when i first got her back, and for weeks, she had these pointy ears?

null

Some said she cannot be a pure Maltese because of those ears. I didn’t care because no matter how she turns out to be i will love her the same. read more

Boringer Disneyland photos.

August 30, 2007

Fantasyland

So hot can die ok.

null
My Fantasyland is a place where umbrella means a kind of vodka-flavored chocolate. So this is not exactly a land of my Fantasy.

The Parade

null

So hot can die twice.

null
Ariel is my favorite Disney character! You?

There were yummy seafood galore.

null
Yum. Jellyfish.

null
Yum. Takoyaki!

Cinderella is now employed as a performer who gets paid hourly because her husband went bankrupt and become a jobless wanker who plays gameboy all day long (he can’t afford PS3). read more

Boring Disneyland photos.

August 28, 2007

Finally. You guys have prolly seen it a million times from other blogs. You will have to bear with me again.

null
It was Day 2 in Hong Kong and i couldn’t wait to go Disneyland. 🙂

null

Like i said before, Disneyland in Hong Kong is so accessible (just a couple of MTR rides away) it become such a cliche to visit Disneyland. Every single picture taken in Disney HK is cheesy (up to you if you intend a pun here).

null

So….

Maybe Cheeserland is more interesting a place to visit! *takes opportunity to pimp self kao kao* read more

1 Hour in Macao

August 26, 2007

I know.

It’s been two months and i haven’t finished blogging about my HK trip.

I’m sorry. Sort of regained a teeny weeny bit of happeningness lately. So much happened after the trip, but all is good. 🙂

Day 4 in Hong Kong

null
The Hotel.

null

The shabby breakfast.

In this apparently quite famous HK style cafe called Mido.

null
Mac & Luncheon Meat in clear soup.

Can’t be simpler!

null
Polo Bun

null
You guys must try this. Very nice Melon Milk. 😀

Like i said before. It rained everyday during my trip in Hong Kong. Including the last day. read more

My date with Boboie

August 23, 2007

I went on a blind date with this guy Boboie (i kept mispelling his name as Boobie 0_o)

My mom said that he’s quite a humble gentleman, soft spoken and smart. Ahh just my type. I rike. 🙂

null

We agreed to go for a casual meet-up in Ikano.

I felt kinda suffocated, maybe because of kancheong-ness.

Or maybe it’s just the carrier.

null

Mommy bought it because she thought that it’s really pretty for a puppy carrier. But she never thought about my feelings, how i feel bored inside. *sulks* read more

Save the rhinos

August 21, 2007

Corny title i know. But we have more horny things to be aware of.

When I learnt that Honda Malaysia has pledged a contribution of RM5 million to WWF-Malaysia to save the Sumatran rhinos, I was like 0.o.

Eh come on, 5 mil can do a lot of things wei (prolly can buy Paris Hilton a dinner) And they are wasting it on… rhinos?!

But rhinos aren’t even cute! 0.o

null

Okay. They might be marginally quite attractive if they were pink.

And no, Honda’s next model is not Honda Rhino.

But why would they spend so much money to save some muddy creatures from extinction? read more

Remy’s Greatest Recipe

August 20, 2007

I love Ratatouille so much i watched it again.

After the movie, i went to the supermarket and bought…

null
Strawberries and cheese.

Remember this scene in Ratatouille, where Remy took a bite of the strawberry then cheese, and there were fireworks lighting up in the background??! (Speaking of which i got conned all the way to Putrajaya to watch a mere 4 minutes of fireworks. But all gorgeous. 🙂 )

Waaaa i really wanted to try that wei! I think Remy tastes great! has got great taste!

I bought some Driscoll’s and Young Dutch Edam. I dunno la, never tried strawbies with edam before, kancheong! Cuz normally they only serve grapes and dried fruits with the cheese platter. read more

iDoll Tutorial

August 17, 2007

I’m sure a lot of you know how to Liquify and stuff so I’m gonna make this really really simple.

First select a suitable picture of yourself you think has the potential to become an iDoll. Most important criteria is the expression. Blythe Dolls don’t smile wide, so select a nonchalant expression or with a light smile. A slight pout would be better! Such as this one.

null

Step 1:
Select the area around your face using Marquee tool.
Right click for Free Transform.

null

Step 2:
Toy with your face! read more

Star Idol’s name

August 14, 2007

Pun of the day:
If you step onto a plane and recognize a friend of yours named Jack, don’t yell out Hi Jack!

After reading this, i was so compelled to blog about the same thing—-the names of the Star Idol Malaysia’s contestants.

I don’t really follow the show, i think it’s not even half as interesting as Cheddie’s video clips. On top of that, why watch it when i can make myself an iDoll too. Wahaha.

Anyway. About their names!! There’re 20 contestants and half of them have very, uhm, to put it nicely, unique, names. read more
