So maybe i will do something crazy before it ends.

In Matsumoto, Nagano.

The second day we went to Primary school and met a bunch of wonderful kids, and the third day to Matsumoto castle. Will blog later but now i mus must MUST show you this awesome hot spring in Matsumoto we went on the forth day!

I think some of the other homestay students also went but not the Muslim kids because you MUST go in absolutely naked!!! What a waste!

Saw some snow at the road side i was sooooo excited! First time in my life! (Second time is in Norikura Ski Mountain, will blog later).

There are onsen for men and onsen for women. Kai was indecisive if he wants to follow Papa or Mama.

Ok he came in with the girls.

So yes we had to take everything off!!!

This like the best thing ever in Matsumoto. There’s an indoor onsen and an outdoor one. And that time was about 5 degree celcius outside at noon time. I was wondering how the hell did anyone manage to summon the courage to even open the door and step outside, walk on icy cold stone against strong chilly wind before dipping into the outdoor onsen?

But i swear anyone would be tempted to go outside, because the scenery is just simply irrisistable.

And you know what??!

Ok this is seriously bothering me.

It was 5 degree celcious outside. And we were naked. Can you imagine how cold it is?!

It felt like a very cool afternoon. There was wind, but not anywhere near chill. Just comforting breeze.

I got out of the pool, wrapped myself with a towel and sat on the cold stone. This is ridiculous. Winter. On top of a mountain. Next to an onsen. Me. With just a bath towel.

It felt better than ever.

Why ah? Can anyone explain to me?

Normally when i got out of the ofuro in the indoor bathroom it was cold as hell (i am kinda reluctant to use this oxymoron but oh well). How on earth does….?!?!?

Ai chan.

Super good weather. Hot Spring. Winter and snow mountains. And i felt sleepy.

Seriously. Most amazing experience, ever.

And we all slept like a baby on the way home.

PS: Today I’m super happy! Finally workaholic Japanese is gonna have a break! Yesterday was the last day of work so we have one whole week together 24/7 omg i’m super super glad that i got my visa extended. So happy can cry. TK and i will be going to Kyoto today. Blog soon!

IT FREAKING SNOWED!!! IN NARA YESTERDAY IT FREAKING SNOWWWWWWWW!!!666 &”!(“&!”!”‘ARGGRGHH!!!

Was jumping hysterically around shouting when i saw little dots of marshmallow falling from the sky on the way to wherever the place is to settle my Visa. But it snowed only a little bit for a little while so o couldn’t take a picture BUT IT SNOOOOOWED!!!! TK was very amused by my overreaction of seeing snow for the first time.

And I’m super duper mega ultra happy today!!!

Because i just got my Visa extended to next year, 15th! I was so worried for 3 whole days because yesterday would be the last day the office was open before the long holiday, though TK kept reassuring me a million times it would be okay. AND IT WAS!!! It took only 5 minutes for them to process the documents OMG if it was Malaysia it’s gonna take like 347849 of a tortoise’s life time. OMG I’m so in love with this country.

Now i just need to get a ticket back home. And it’s freaking ex. T_T

I’m so excited right now. I just ate like the bestest Takoyaki in the entire Osaka and the bestester Yakiniku ever in my life. Also went to seconhand shop, shopping malls, adult shop and Pachinko center.

It’s ridiculously cold these few days in Nara i think only about 3 degree in the afternoon and all the girls here are crazy they wear like shorts and stocking!!!

We had a quiet Christmas anyhow. Went to Namba and Umeda in Osaka but was so freaking quiet everywhere! I told TK Malaysia would be muccccch more happening. Right? Right right right? Illmination also so much better ok you guys better tell me what you did on Christmas!

Mine was just… sleep because we were so bloody tired couldn’t remember what we did but very tired 😛

They don’t stink but it’s kinda disgusting to keep recycling though it’s a very good virtue most Japanese practice.

After that girls’ day out Cindy and i had a girls’ night in. Next day was Sunday swim. Weather was good.

More picture later. Hehe.

The day before we were busy playing with our Dell Inspiron Mini 9. Since there’s ni wifi in her apartment, we were glad we brought our Dell there. Because it’s the first mini laptop with built-in HSPA modem!

Curious how it works? See you only need a Maxis 3G sim card, and you can go online anywhere, whenever you want!

Tthere’s a built in slot at the battery bay, where you can insert the sim card. After installing the software, then can just click and go online liao!! So super convenient.

Comes with a very nice pouch too. And it’s just as big as my shoe. Bear in mind i wear size 4.

Diameter 9 inches only!! Can put in my handbag still got space for a lamb and three giraffes. And weights only slightly more than 1KG. Lighter than a Bim Bo’s make up ok!

Compared to a normal Dell.

The whole package is only RM99 every month for 2 years, inclusive of 6 months free Maxis Broadband subscription. And the best thing is the extended service after the 6th month is only RM77 a month!

So yea the next day we brought the mini down to the pool.

This is Matsumoto, Nagano.

There are snow mountains all around. And it feels really surreal.

The temperature in Nagano is slightly lower than other places like Tokyo and Osaka. It rained a little these two days, but no snow yet. I think it’s about 5 degree during day time and -2 at night but it feels super nice! Not too cold!

This is Nakamura family’s house in Matsumoto. It’s just like Snow White’s wooden house. Very fairy-tale like!

Yuriko has two kids, Ai and Kai. The entire house is flooded with their toys.

This is my room on the attic. Best ever. From the rooftop window you can see snow mountains outside.

And when you lie down on the bed at night, you see the night sky dotted with shiny stars like a beautiful glow-in-the-dark ceiling painting.

Kids are super duper cute. Especially Japanese school kids. Rena chan (smiley girl who is hugging me)is 12 years old and is super small size.

Today i just found out something new online. I feel so… achieved. I’m yet one step closer to becoming a flabby mass of morbidly obese pea brained homosapien from Walle.

So i was to renew roadtax and car insurance for mom. And the ironic thing is that i don’t have a car to drive to the post office/nearest insurance company. But then there is such thing called the www.easyrenew.com.my

And again, all you need is the internet.

When Dom told me about it i was like, “What turf? Can one meh?” And he explained to me about this new concept like for a whole half an hour before i decided to try it out myself.

The site looks simple, pleasant and straight-forward. They also have some short video presentations, check this out:

One of the highlighted features in the site is ‘Speedy renewal in 3 minutes’.  I went ahead to click ‘renew now’ which brings me to three selection of choices, Easy mode, Normal mode and Road-tax only. Of course everyone like easy la.

It took me less than 3 minutes to complete filling up the application and paying off with my credit card. 

There are a couple of things that I find it helpful: 

1.No registration is required and I could just begin right away.
2.The fill-in is simple and there is helpful illustrations to guide where I can find the details on my registration card.
 

Besides the site also provide a rough estimation on the sum to insure for my vehicle. It can generate a suggested the market-price of the car after entering the year and car model.

Example only la ok. Because I like Audi TT. 

Also there is a wide range of payment mode, I can choose between credit card and bank transfer too. The site is also secured by Verisign.

Once completed, I printed out the receipt and I’m done for my part! 😀

On the very next morning, I receive a call from Easy Renew with a friendly greeting note. Next, I schedule for a pick up day of the documents (previous insurance policy and the payment for the road-tax). 

Then two days later, they called and it’s ready!! The dispatch personnel came again and passed me the renewed documents. He is very friendly! 🙂

After  the whole experience, I think that they do run the extra miles to provide good customer satisfaction and efficency. This is rather different from the typical Malaysian ‘tak apa’ attitude.  The little extra that they put in with courtesy and friendliness gives a feel good experience that they do care .

So the whole process only took 3 days (lucky no saman la :D) and i didn’t even have to step out of my house.

Memang very easy. Though now it is available only at Klang Valley, but they plan to move on to the northern and southern region soon. So Mom you can do it yourself next year. Thanks. 😀

I think i’m getting addicted to this. Cindy and I realized girls are much more fun to hang out with than guys (sometimes they can get a bit boring, very the yes offense).

Quite wtf ok i was the only one who went without make-up and had tons of fugly no-make-up picture taken before the make-over. Reminded me of MDG lo, when we went for some make-up session, a lot of them cheat one!!! They went with make up so they can look good on video what turf.

They have relocated me to be hosted in Nagano. I mean, anything la, i really don’t mind, but still. I wanted to be in Tokyo or Osaka or Kyoto or Nara but now imma end up in Nagano. Just quite… whatever. And Nakamura family has got two kids. 4 and 3. God. Kids hate me (and vice versa). I can’t remember how many kids i have made cry just by walking one step closer to them. I think they can smell tulanness.
