To be honest i’m very jealous of you Singaporeans you know? The only Japanese fashion brand we have in Malaysia is UNIQLO.

I really hope more Japanese fashion brands come to KL soon! And i heard they have plans soon so i’m really forward to it!!

Anyway if you haven’t read it on my twitter, i  am going to Japan again!!!! NHK wants to do filming again so they are flying me over on the 1st April I WAS SO SCARED IT’S A JOKE WTF.

But i’m damn happy la because i get to spend my birthday in Japan (and with my kareshiiiii), and also get to see Sakura full bloom!!!! Omgomgomg if i can get happier than this i might die.

This is gonna make everyone jealous.

The last trip, i was in Japan for 21 days in total. From 21 Feb till 12 march.

This is gonna make everyone even more jealous.

I ate SO MUCH. Yet not only did i not gain any weight, i actually lost weight.

I was 42kg before i went there.

Some of my friends think that it might be due to stress since i was involved in a competition, like how i lost 5kg when i was in MDG in 2008. But i was happy everyday. Nervous yes, but happy.

After a long thought, i came to the conclusion that i lost weight even though i ate a lot because everything i ate was healthy. Aud can testify this. She told me when she was studying in Japan, no matter how much she ate she couldn’t get pass 35KG. read more

Trip to Kyushu!

I have been sitting here forever and i had no idea how many pictures i have uploaded, and i don’t even Photoshop my pictures anymore cuz use some hipster instagram filter.

We went to Fukuoka, Kumamoto and Kagoshima, you probably have no idea what those are, is okay, neither did i. Those are the major cities in Kyushu, which is at the west side of Japan , and very far from Tokyo. Kyushu is maybe not as popular a tourist spot for Malaysian because there isn’t direct flight there. read more

The moral of the story is, never ever hold onto the rail above you inside the train/subway. That, or use a really good deodorant that doesn’t leave embarrassing stains on your clothes.

I have visited most big cities of Japan, from Tokyo to Osaka to Nagoya to Sapporo, the only prefecture i haven’t been is Kyushu. Since (the kareshi) and i took a one week break, we flew to Kyushu for sightseeing.

And the moment i set foot in Fukuoka airport, i went crazy.

Come to think of it i’m quite fated with Kyushu. Kyushu (九州) literally means Nine States, and i’m from Negeri Sembilan, which also means Nine States hahahha. Then, Kyushu is also most famous for my favorite food in the world…. read more

My hometown is Seremban.

More than 15 years ago there was nothing in Seremban. My memory of a restaurant are those Chinese da chao places. Or hawker centers.

And then there was this legend (yes legendary it was) about a super nice cheesecake shop called Secret Recipe opening in Seremban, and then that changed everything forever.

My highschool friend Ichigo and I were so proud of it because finally something atas has arrived in Seremban, and if we hang out in Secret Recipe it was considered a very hipster cool thing to do lolol. read more
