I really enjoy going clubbing occasionally and recently i have clubbed in SG and Berlin. It was so much fun compared to clubbing in KL, not that don’t support local business or whatever, but it really was only for one reason—-non-smoking clubs.

I told all my friends overseas how lucky they are to have non-smoking clubs in their city. It will NEVER happen in Malaysia. If a non-smoking club opens in Malaysia it will zhap lap the next day.

I cannot stress enough how much i HATE smoky clubs. Nobody likes clubbing with me in KL because every 5 minutes i will have to go outside and take a breather. I dunno about you guys but how the hell do people tahan such polluted, suffocating, nicotine-filled air within a confined space?! It was my first ever attempt to hold an actual on ground fashion sales, all thanks to Leftblock! <333 This is the fastest way to get rid of clothes you won’t wear anymore, albeit very heavy heartedly T_T

During my trip to Singapore last month, i was invited to Dinosaurs Live! at the Science Center Singapore!

It was really an eye-opener because the last time i was in touch with dinosaurs was probably during Jurassic Park. :X

I hardly ever go to exhibitions or science center but it made me feel like i was in school again! Checking out more than 50 amazing exhibits, learning their names all over again and understanding their species and they they went extinct.

I’m chosen as one of the finalists for Nuffnang Asia-Pacific Blog Awards 2011 in the Best Fashion Blog category!

It came as such a big surprise that i almost vomited unicorns and rainbows.

First of all i was too busy being away for like 60 million centuries to keep up with the whole Nuffnang Award thing. And when the first award took place in Singapore 2 years ago, i wasn’t nominated for anything at all. So naturally this year i totally didn’t expect to be nominated too, since my blog fits in none of the award categories fml. Plus, after two years and a massive growth in many other new countries, Nuffnang has soooooooo many newer and better bloggers all around Asia-Pacific. Is a lot less fun than i expected it to be (not like i expected it in the first place.). Not even the Flag Showing part. I bet even Phileas Fogg doesn’t feel this stressed. Plus he actually won the bet.

After Berlin-Doha-Singapore and somewhere in the limbo, i’m finally home.

Anyway so yesterday i blogged about how Qatar totally fucked up and caused me and other 7 passengers to miss our flight back to KLIA. So they put us onto the next available flight via Singapore, then a transfer again and back to KLIA at last. read more

Totally didn’t expect to get stranded in a desert :(((

Qatar airline fucked up their schedule in Berlin, and ended up landing 2 hours late in Doha, while my connecting flight back to Malaysia was 50 minutes from scheduled landing time MCH.

So nao, i’m stuck at Doha airport and have 5 hours extra to do shit i didn’t needed to. Including blogging. Ok i take that back. Blogging is not shit.

And being the opportunistic Malaysian i kinda pressed them to upgrade me to business class but no luck although it’s clearly not my fault sigh so even that little hope for a consolation is gone. Well at least i have wifi THANK GOD FOR INTERNET. read more
