I was so happy that PENTAX loves my fashion and wanted to do a concept shoot for the new PENTAX Q7. The camera has this really retro look yet funky in all its customizable colors, so we decided to go for the Retro Colorful theme and created 6 looks for this new series.

We won’t be going back to Japan for awhile so before we came back to KL we literally raided the whole supermarket lolol. Anyway the danna introduced me to some household items (including food!!) that changed my life forever.

So i thought i just wanna share a few things that made me go “HOW COME NOBODY TOLD ME ABOUT THIS I REGRET THE PAST 20+ YEARS OF MY LIFE NOT KNOWING THIS EXISTS?!?”.

Some are available in local markets but some you can only fly them back from japan so next time you go, make sure you spare a luggage to load them full. read more

I am sure you all know about JRunway, a multi-label Japanese apparel concept store in Plaza Singapura.

I was there with Qiu Qiu and Misako during the grand opening in 2012. You can read the full blog post here.

So we are back in Japan after what felt like centuries!!! My pregnancy nausea was so bad that i was secretly worried that the whole world will crumble as i no longer can enjoy all my fav food in Japan.

But… it is Japan after all.

The danna asked what i wanted to eat for the first meal. It took me forever to answer. How to decide!!! I want EVERYTHING! So he drove us straight to Tsukiji Fish Market after we landed in Narita early in the morning. read more

On our first anniversary, the danna took two days off so we could have a little retreat away from all the chaos in the city. Tokyo is crowded beyond belief during year end and a toilet visit in departmental store may take up to 20 minutes depending on the queue.

We took a 2 hour drive to Gotenba (御殿場 at Shizuoka), famous for its Gotenba Premium Outlet, where all the  overseas group tours like to include in their itinerary. Shopping is one thing, but our main business here is to eat sushi lol. read more

I’m back to Japan!!

I have no idea why but each year i come back it gets even colder. This December is so cold  i cannot wear anything less than 2 layers of Uniqlo heat tech, a sweater and the thickest down in the closet. At the rate the climate is fucking us up like this, 5 years later Malaysia will start snowing.
