Earlier, i blogged about the beginner guide in Tokyo for all fashion lovers.

This time around, it’s a more advanced guide for people who want to explore more about Japan from a fashion angle, if you are already all familiar with all the favorite fashion shopping spots!

Tokyo is of course my favorite city in the world, and as someone who loves fashion, almost all aspects of life in Tokyo is related to fashion. Here are some of the fashion related events!

As my luck has it, the entire time while i was in Tokyo end of Sep to mid October was like summer. I much, much prefer colder weather.

And right after i’m back to KL, the weather has a sudden drop and now it is all autumny.

Every. Damn. Time.

So while i brought many cute jackets, i ended up not wearing them at all, and here are my sort of crazy-end-of-summer coordinate in Tokyo.

Nagasaki 2013 Part 2!

Anyway, when it comes to Nagasaki, it automatically means live squid eyeball.

This time nobody shove the eyeball into my mouth. Probably they are very rude and don’t care about us.

After that it ended up in our plate again, this time sun-tanned.

What is Nagasaki without sashimi so fresh it is still moving. Was so so so good.

Our breakfast at the hotel is amaaaaazing.

Nagasaki food is very much influenced by Chinese culture, so there’s the famous sara udon (the one like HongKong Yee Mee), sweet and sour prawn, xiao long bao, etc etc! Everything was so yummy! read more

The last time i was in Nagasaki was when i got married the first time last Christmas eve.

(Just in case: second time is in Santorini. To the same person.)

And so Nagasaki will always hold a special place in my heart. And forgive me if i blog about the same-ish stuff this year again or sound repetitive, because we always go back to the same restaurant/same favorite spots. Of course and also to visit family.

Nagasaki is at the west end of Japan, so there are lots of sea and most of the houses in Nagasaki has a breathtaking view either of the mountain or the sea. read more

Short update from Japan!

If you love meat, especially beef, you know Japan has some of the best beef in the world. Last night i had life-changing Yakiniku (BBQ meat) and i thought i would blog about it.

This place is called Shibaura Yakiniku, and there are a few branches.

Went there with lilLilly producer Nanako, and Omatsu san from Majesty Japan.

To cut the story short, this is the the beef we had:

Eating Yakiniku itself is an art. It requires sufficient knowledge about the parts, the cut, and the skill of grilling. Given the best beef, if overgrilled, it would be an unforgivable waste. read more

Update on EMODA!

I’m actually in Japan now for the upcoming TouchMe EMODA 2014 Spring Summer fashion show! I missed their 2013 Autumn Winter show earlier as i was away for Weddingmoon. Really super happy to be able to make it this time!

Ena won’t be around though as she’s on maternity leave now. She told me that she’s due on the very TouchMe fashion show day!!

The other day i wrote a tweet about how i wish someone should just invent make up products that you can sleep in already, because removing make up is the worst part of make up lol.

And for someone who puts on make up almost on a daily basis, imagine the chore every single night T___T. I remove my make up using make up remover wipes, oil cleanser (x2 times), special eye make-up remover, and then a final cleanse with foam cleanser, but when i apply toner on my face afterwards, i could still see some residue of make up on the toner cotton pad. I was wondering, exactly how many times should i clean my face until it is really really clean T___T. read more
